Heaters & Hope

Heaters & Hope is an initiative of the BNI Foundation to help children impacted by the ongoing situation in Ukraine. With your generous support, we will supply portable heaters to students in some of the worst affected areas so that children can continue their education.

Important Notice: This is an initiative of the BNI Foundation. Given the dynamic situation in Europe, and in Ukraine in particular, the following are important notices:  a) circumstances beyond our control may require us to alter or cancel this initiative; b) in the case the initiative is cancelled, best efforts will be made to channel resources garnered to aid organizations benefitting children and education in Ukraine; c) no refunds can or will be provided; d) no guarantees nor representations can be made regarding the outcomes of this initiative; e) third parties will be involved in the initiative and could affect the outcomes; f) plans could change at any time without notice; and g) equipment purchases could be rerouted, destroyed, seized, stolen or misused.  Participation in any way in this initiative is acknowledgement of, and agreement with, the notices above, and agreement to indemnify and hold harmless the BNI Foundation, the BNI organization, and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, vendors, and customers from and against any demands, claims, damages to persons or property, losses, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of participation in this initiative.
